🕑 Order Cut-off

Order up until 2pm on your delivery day for delivery that same week/day

Orders placed after 2pm on your delivery day will be delivered the following week

📲 Tracking Updates

On delivery day, you’ll get a text at around 2:30pm with your ETA & tracking link

You’ll get a second text with live tracking when we’re one stop away

🚗 Who Delivers?

All deliveries are made by us personally in our own vehicle

❄️ Raw/Frozen Orders

Please be home if possible so you can put them straight in the freezer 🧊

We keep them insulated while travelling, but they’re not handed over in insulated packaging

If you can’t be home, we can leave them in a safe place — but we can’t take responsibility if they defrost or go missing

If you wont expect to be in, it is reccomended to leave in your safe space something like

🛍️ A supermarket freezer bag or

🧊 A picnic-style cool box

Redelivery

If you are not home to take delivery and there is no safe place to leave your order, we will have to take it back and redeliver on your next scheduled delivery day but you will be charged a re delivery fee equal to the original fee, if you qualified for free delivery then the re delivery fee will be £2.50.

Alternatively, you can collect instead.
