All local deliveries are completed by us personally in the evenings between 5pm & 9.30pm, so you are home to receive your order — no missed deliveries and no parcels left outside.
Essex & London Delivery Routes
We deliver to wider areas of Essex and London on set delivery days. Your delivery day will be shown at checkout based on your postcode. Please see out delivery schedule further down the page.
Nationwide Delivery
We post out non frozen items Monday- Friday.
Frozen raw food orders are packed in insulated Woolcool boxes with ice packs and shipped on a next day delivery service.
We dispatch frozen orders Monday to thursday only to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend.
Woolcool insulated packaging is designed to keep food at a safe chilled temperature for up to 48 hours in transit. This means that your order may arrive frozen, partially frozen, or chilled depending on transit time and weather conditions.
If the food is still cold to the touch on arrival, it is safe to refreeze. This is standard practice for shipping frozen pet food.
Local Delivery Schedule
Order anytime during the week! You can place your order up until 2pm on your delivery day for delivery that same week. Orders placed after the cut off are delivered on your next scheduled delivery day. If you're in our same-day zone, you can leave an order note if you'd like delivery on a different day.
Delivery Time: All local deliveries are made in the evening between 5pm-9:30pm.
Full Tracking: You'll receive a live tracking link when we are one stop away, very similar to how uber tracking looks.

Important: If you are not home to take delivery and there is no safe place to leave your order, we will have to take it back and redeliver on your next scheduled delivery day but you will be charged a re delivery fee equal to the original fee, if you qualified for free delivery then the re delivery fee will be £3.50.
