We deliver across Dagenham, Rainham, Hornchurch, Romford and selected areas of East London and Essex. Collection is also available from our home-based premises in Dagenham.

How Our Local Delivery Works
Our core delivery area covers RM1, RM2 and RM5–RM13, including Dagenham, Rainham, Hornchurch and Romford. We deliver to these postcodes six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Order before 2pm and you can choose same-day delivery, or select another available date if that suits you better.
Areas outside our core postcodes are delivered on set weekly routes. You can see our usual schedule below.

Delivery Times
Deliveries take place between 5pm and 10pm. You cannot choose an exact time within this window, but we will send you an estimated arrival time at around 2pm on your delivery day so you can plan your evening.
You do not have to be home. Leave delivery instructions at checkout and, for frozen raw food, please leave a cool box or insulated bag somewhere safe.
Collection in Dagenham
Collection is available from our home-based premises in Dagenham. At checkout, select Pick up and choose an available collection date and time.
As this is our home address rather than a walk-in shop, all collections must be booked. Please arrive promptly for your chosen time—around 15 minutes either side is fine.
Missed deliveries: If nobody is home, there is no safe place to leave the order and we cannot
reach you by phone, a £3.50 redelivery fee will apply.
