We post out all non-raw frozen orders across the UK. You can choose one of our couriers at checkout: Royal Mail or DPD. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Local Delivery
All frozen food is classed as local delivery, meaning we only deliver it ourselves in our own vehicle. These areas run on set delivery days each week. You can order any products (not just raw food) and have them delivered on this schedule, or choose to have non-raw items posted instead.
Order anytime during the week! You can place your order up until 2pm on your delivery day for delivery that same week. Orders placed after the cut off are delivered on your next scheduled delivery day. If you're in our same-day zone, you can leave an order note if you'd like delivery on a different day.
Delivery Time: All local deliveries are made in the evening between 5pm-9:30pm.
Full Tracking: You'll receive full tracking sent on the day of your delivery after 2pm with an ETA, plus a reminder text when we're one stop away.

We do not deliver on Sundays.
Important: If you are not home to take delivery and there is no safe place to leave your order, we will have to take it back and redeliver on your next scheduled delivery day but you will be charged a re delivery fee equal to the original fee, if you qualified for free delivery then the re delivery fee will be £2.50.

If ordering frozen food sometimes if you tell us in advance we can pack in insulated packaging but this is only if available and not guaranteed.
If your regularly not going to be home, we suggest leaving out a cool box or a supermarket style cool bag is also sufficient.
We use courier-grade insulation when traveling with us. Our loading method ensures items stay frozen for 24+ hours, arriving cold like they just came out of the freezer.
No, it doesnt matter which day of the week you order. If your delivery day is a Monday and you order on a Wednesday for example, our courier app knows that you are in the Monday zone. If you are ordering on your delivery day it must be in by 2pm though otherwise, it will be the next available delivery day.
No, you can leave a note to say you want it on a different day.
Sometimes, but not always. Its best to ask us first. In many circumstances we can route you in later but its not always possible.
