We deliver raw food locally across East London and nearby areas. Delivery days and fees vary by postcode

Do you post orders out?
Yes — but only for non-frozen items like wet/dry food, treats, supplements, and grooming products.
Raw/frozen food is always hand-delivered and only available to those in our local delivery area.
How much raw food should I feed my dog/cat?
Can I collect my order?
In short, yes you can. But please read on..
We’re mainly an online-only business and don’t have a physical shop or set collection hours. You’re welcome to collect your order, but it won’t be ready immediately as we don’t keep stock at home.
If you’ve paid online, we can usually leave your order in our porch for flexible collection — even raw food, as we have a cool box to keep it fresh.
If you’d rather pay in person, we just need to work around our delivery runs and general schedule. We aim to have everything ready as quickly as possible, but please assume collection will be the next day, unless we confirm otherwise.
Bear in mind — if your order comes in after we’ve already been to the unit that day, collection won’t be available until later the following evening, as we’ll pick your items up next time we go.
Most orders are posted out, so collection is mainly for:
- Raw food, if you're outside our local delivery area
- Urgent orders you need sooner than our usual delivery or dispatch times
We’ll either bring your order home for you to collect, or arrange to meet you at the unit when we’re there.
