Shipping & Delivery Policy – Jingo Pets

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's how we handle shipping and local deliveries:

Local Deliveries – Raw Food & Frozen Orders

We deliver raw and frozen products using our own evening delivery service.

Areas Covered: All RM postcodes, plus selected areas within IG, E, SE, and DA — not all sub-codes are included. Check your postcode at checkout or visit our delivery page for more info.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

On the day of delivery, we’ll send you a message with an ETA.

Local deliveries take place in the evening between 5:00pm and 9:30pm.

If you won’t be home, let us know a safe place to leave your order. Once delivered, responsibility passes to you.


Raw and frozen items are not shipped nationwide due to temperature control.


Nationwide Delivery – Non-Frozen Items

Non-frozen items (like treats, dry food, supplements, grooming products, etc.) are shipped across the UK via Royal Mail or DPD.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout using live courier rates.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Collection

Prefer to collect? Choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Information

Make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or no safe place, you might be charged for redelivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive, email us at info@jingopets.co.uk within 48 hours, and we’ll sort it.
