Raw Lamb Heart – Whole
A whole raw lamb heart – rich, meaty and a really easy way to get another protein into their raw rotation. 🐑❤️
Despite the name, heart is actually classed as muscle meat rather than secreting offal when raw feeding. Leaving it whole gives pets loads more texture too – they can tear and chew their way through it rather than everything arriving minced in a bowl.
Why we like it
❤️ Nutrient-rich muscle meat – naturally provides protein, iron, B vitamins and other useful nutrients
🐑 A different protein – brilliant for adding more variety if their usual rotation is heavy on beef and poultry
🦷 Loads of natural texture – whole heart gives them something to tear, chew and actually work at
💪 Naturally protein-rich – great as part of a varied, balanced raw diet
🍽️ Really versatile – feed appropriately sized pieces, chop it into chunks or portion and freeze for later
🐶🐱 Suitable for dogs, cats & ferrets – just portion it appropriately for the individual pet
Who's it for?
Great for raw-fed dogs, cats and ferrets who could do with another whole-food protein in their rotation.
It's particularly handy if you're trying to move beyond feeding everything minced – chop it yourself or let an appropriately sized, experienced raw feeder get stuck into a larger piece.
