Frozen Nationwide Delivery
We offer nationwide frozen delivery on our raw food using insulated packaging and next day delivery.
Frozen orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only to avoid parcels sitting in courier depots over the weekend.
Frozen food is packed in insulated boxes designed to keep the food frozen during transit.
Build a Box (Recommended)
We have created a Build a Box section to help you fill a frozen delivery box properly. This is the easiest way to order frozen food for nationwide delivery and helps ensure your order fits the box correctly and stays frozen during delivery.
Frozen Box Guide
Each frozen delivery box holds roughly up to around 14kg of food, depending on the products ordered.
As a rough guide, one box is usually around:
- 30 Stobart blocks
- 20 Furry Feasts blocks
- 25 Dougies blocks
- Or a mixture of different brands totalling around 14kg
If adding chunks, bones or other bulky items, just reduce the number of blocks slightly.
If your order does not quite fit a box properly, don't worry — we will always contact you before dispatch to adjust the order if needed.
Minimum frozen order for nationwide delivery is around 8kg.
Frozen orders are packed by box size rather than exact weight to ensure the food stays frozen during delivery.
Frozen Delivery Costs
Delivery is based on the total frozen weight ordered:

Larger orders work out cheaper per kg to deliver, so it is often worth ordering a full box where possible.
When Your Order Arrives
It is normal for frozen food to arrive slightly defrosted but still cold. As long as the food is still cold to the touch, it can be safely refrozen.
If your parcel arrives warm, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important Delivery Information
Frozen parcels are usually delivered during the day. If nobody is home, the courier will be instructed leave the parcel in a safe place as these are time sensitive.
Please ensure someone is home or update your safe place via the courier tracking link.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing or defrost if they are left outside all day in warm weather.
