Freeze-Drying Explained

Freeze drying (lyophilisation) removes moisture from raw ingredients without using heat.
The food is frozen, then placed under vacuum so ice turns directly into vapour. This preserves the natural structure, nutrients, and flavour of the raw ingredients — delivering a shelf-stable treat with the same nutritional integrity as raw.
