FAQs
Is this complete or complementary?
It’s an 80:10:10 complementary mince. Balance over time by rotating proteins and/or including complete meals.
Can cats and ferrets have this?
Yes — as a complementary raw. Ensure their overall diet is appropriate and balanced across the week.
What offal is used?
Bulmers often use beef or lamb offal across recipes.
Are there bones in it?
Yes — the 80:10:10 ratio includes 10% ground bone. Do not cook.
How often should I feed fish-based raw?
Use it as part of your weekly rotation. Many raw feeders include oily fish days for variety and omega-3s — The General rule is to feed approximately one day's food allowance of oily fish per week, but it is best to spread this out over a few meals. For example if your dog eats 500g of raw a day, feed 500g of oily fish per week over several meals.
Bulmers Chicken & Salmon is 20% oily fish so, each chubb has approximately 90g of oily fish in it.
Other sources of oily fish includes sprats which can be fed as toppers.
